Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for job cost tracking, monitoring, analysis and reporting of actual costs vs. budgets Job cost billing, customer follow up, and tracking of accounts receivable Prepare monthly reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable by project Prepare analysis of accounts as requested Assist with year-end closing Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience Advanced Excel & VBA Timberline or Sage experience is preferred
