Working in close partnership with the leadership team you will gain deep exposure to multiple real estate asset classes including office, self-storage, multi-family, hospitality and retail. Essential duties will include: – Perform monthly reconciliations of cash and investment accounts Review invoices and prepare payments and match outstanding balance Monitor discrepancies and make needed adjustments Review recordkeeping for each investment property Work with the property accountants and reconcile the books Prepare tax deliverables and assist with any questions or special requests Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential Assist in accounting system data maintenance Qualifications |
