| Job Description : | Main Responsibilities: Research and review transactions, compile documentation and prepare financial statementsPrepare general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank and credit card statements, accrued expenses, intercompany transactionsPrepare financial reports and documentation for management meetings, financial statement audits and assist with tax return preparationPrepare monthly commission reportsPrepare and file monthly sales tax reportsCash projection reportingInitiate bank wire transfersRespond to accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting dataAnalysis of financial information by preparing spreadsheet reportsPrepare documentation and reports for investments in projects, calculate and allocated expenses related to these projectsInteract with external service providers regarding maintenance and reconciliation of client portfolio accountsResponsible for accounts receivable accuracyPrepare monthly borrowing base certificate calculationPrepare and/or assist with preparation of annual income tax returns, quarterly income tax estimates.
