| Job Description : | Segment Controller Responsibilities include identifying, understanding and communicating complex issues, executing financial procedures required for month-end and year-end closings, develop quarterly financial estimates, and prepare/present materials for senior management financial reviewsResponsibilities Preparation and presentation of monthly financial results reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget.Participate in the development and definition of reporting systems for the purpose of optimizing operational procedures and/or cost reduction.Keep informed of changes in project execution associated with the input/output of cost data and to prepare project financials aligned with these modifications.On-going evaluation of open WIP projects and analysis of costs vs. budget.Complete external audit by analyzing, reconciling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors timely and accurately.Monthly evaluation of working capital accounts to help ensure Process Technologies division targets are met.Perform advanced analysis and review of financial transactions for troubleshooting and correcting errors in the ERP system.Other duties as necessary in the scope of this position.Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance3-10 years in a manufacturing environment.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures including preparing month-end reporting and financial forecastsUS GAAP/IFRS rulesAbility to support all other departments within the company and coordinate cross functional projects and information sharing sessions.Be a self-starter who is motivated and has a desire to learn.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location |
