*** JOB LOCATION = 700 Beideman Ave, Camden, NJ 08105 Project Accountant ( FP&A Analyst, Project Controller ): Responsible for all activities related to financial management and controlling of various Services contracts/sites/business, including financial performance reporting, measuring and controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, asset management and Cash management, monthly journal entries, invoicing.Generate, using the various fleet (rolling stock) management systems, costing and life cycle reports and analysis.Maintain the integrity of all financial records in order to comply with divisional, audit and legal standards.Ensure adherence to all relevant Financial processes and GuidelinesSupport OSC/CASRA/Other audit requirements and ensure closure of identified gaps.Support External Audit Process (in close cooperation with A&R)Assist with financial aspects of new Service start-ups.Develop, maintain and foster a strong working relationship with management of the different Service sites by providing financial information and analysis in order to check compliance with Budget/ Forecast and focus on positive financial results.Provide early warning of risks and opportunities to allow accurate, timely information for business decision making including review and investigation of monthly cost variances.Initiate, implement and follow-up of measures to support the accomplishment of financial targets, and highlight areas needing improvement.Monthly financial reporting and analysisSupport of Project related reporting (PPRS, etc.)Annual Budget process, forecastingTransactional processing (Internal orders, setting-up cost centers, correction of accounting GL entries, etc…)Bids & Tenders Support Skills, Experience, Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in such disciplines as: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business AdministrationFPA ( Financial Planning & Analysis ) experience, previous experience working as a FP&A analyst, controller ( project controller , financial project manager), cost accountant (cost accounting), ideally for manufacturing / industrial / engineering companiesCPA will be a plusSAP ERP experience will be a plusStrong MS Excel knowledge Please send me your details (resume, work authorization status, current location, availability and compensation expectations) directly to: denis.potapenko@systemone.com for an immediate consideration.
