||SUMMARY: Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial reporting, analysis, planning and control. Responsibilities include analyzing costs, revenues, risks, and forecasts. This role prepares reports of financial activity and data.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø Maintain one or more of the following: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll cash management, month end closing, other non-routine accounting items.Ø Prepares and reviews monthly financial package. Assist with the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reconsiliations.Ø Coordinate with all levels of management the timely processing of information and provide feedback or analysis as needed.Ø Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.Ø Assist division controller in the development of the budget, planning, and other financial requirements.Ø Works with external auditors on a quarterly and annual basis to provide needed information and analysis.Ø Coordinates SOX compliance/audit.Ø Other duties may be assigned as required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
