About Us:
Cash Depot provides ATM and Air/Vac solutions. We sell, install, service, and repair ATM and Air/Vac Machines. We are a completely vertically integrated company, controlling all aspects of this process to ensure high standards of up-time.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with full financial transparency.
Oversee and direct treasury, budgeting, audit, tax reporting, accounting, purchasing, real estate, long range forecasting and insurance activities.
Oversee and directs the preparation and issuance of annual reports.
Manage and oversee consolidation of the multiple business of Cash Depots; financials, securities and assets.
Drive timely, accurate and complete submission of all financial data including annual budgeting of income statement and balance sheet, quarterly forecasting and monthly actual financials; understanding and explaining variances in actual performance to budgets and forecast to all levels of Management as well as advising on actions to achieve improved results.
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the general ledger, balance sheet, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, and payroll. Establish and maintain system interfaces to the consolidation system and report consolidated results.
Record corporate activity and maintain corporate ledgers.
Coordinate and review all periodic financial reporting for the Company, including the preparation and filing of financial statements, registrations, and other compliance filings.
Perform or direct all accounting and technical compliance research related to external filings, ensuring the Company is aware of, and in compliance with, the latest reporting requirements.
Direct all periodic financial reporting for the Company, including the preparation and filing of financial statements, registrations, lender covenant, and other compliance filings.
Develop and prepare internal reporting packages to facilitate review of the financial statements with key constituents, including the management team, Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. Provide updates to the constituents regarding significant changes to accounting principles and policies.
Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
Lead the relationship and interactions with external auditors. Work closely with the external auditors on all issues that require disclosure.
Present information and recommendations.
Work Environment:
This job generally operates in a professional office environment from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
