Job Description :	We are assisting our westside services client in their search for a results-driven and confident Accounting Manager to manage and improve their organization’s financial performance and direct accounting operations. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for streamlining accounting functions and operations, regulatory compliance, and driving income generation. This position offers tremendous career growth opportunity into the Controller position, competitive compensation/benefits and a hybrid schedule! Job Responsibilities: Review account reconciliations prepared by accounting team Cash flow projections Oversight of the budgeting process Preliminary financial statement review Balance sheet projection and management Managing month end and year end closing schedules and processes Ad-hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility in an corporate accounting environment Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure Desire to make the accounting processes more efficient and effective Team player that has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to use analytical thinking skills to solve problems CPA or equivalent experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in excel is required If you are a qualified candidate and interested in confidentially exploring this career opportunity, please contact Angie Moller at angie.moller@lhh.com.
